[ 0-to-1 GTM · AI voice agents · sales systems ]
We build your sales team. Then we build the second one.
High Level Sales stands up your 0-to-1 go-to-market motion: ICP, playbook, hiring and comp. Then we deploy a second team of AI voice agents and automations that prospects, answers every inbound lead, follows up and books meetings, so your reps spend their day closing.
30 minutes with David or Kevin. You leave with the first three things we would fix.
- Your market
- Qualified by the AI team
- Meeting booked

What we have done as sales leaders
Two teams, one motion
Most startups hire reps before the motion exists.
Then they buy AI tools nobody runs. We build both halves together and in order: the motion, the people who run it, and the AI team that works beside them.
Team one · human
The 0-to-1 motion
The foundation every sales team needs and most startups skip.
- ICP, positioning and a pitch your buyers repeat back
- Sales process, stages and a playbook a new rep can follow
- Hiring profiles, interview loops and onboarding for your first reps
- Comp plans that pay for the behavior you want
- Pipeline reviews and a forecast your board trusts
Team two · AI voice + automation
The team that never clocks out
AI voice agents and automations, live in your phone system and CRM, doing the work people skip.
- Outbound first-touch calls to your ICP, all day
- Every inbound lead answered in seconds, nights and weekends included
- Qualification against your ICP, booked onto the right calendar
- Follow-ups, reminders and missed-meeting recovery
- Every call recorded, summarized and logged in the CRM
How they fit
One system. Two teams. One record per account.
The AI team handles volume and speed. Your reps handle judgment and the close. Both work from the same CRM, so nothing falls between them.
- Handoff rules written with you and enforced by the system
- Your phone system, your CRM, your accounts
- A human reviews every script before an agent dials
Team two · AI
Team one · human
Both teams write to the same record, so every handoff has an owner and a timestamp.
How an engagement runs
From the first call to a motion that runs without us.
Diagnose
We read your CRM, calls and funnel, read-only, and map where deals stall. You get a written plan before anything is built.
Build the motion
ICP, messaging, stages, playbook, comp plan and the hiring profile for your first reps.
Deploy the AI team
Voice agents and automations go live in your phone system and CRM, starting with the plays that pay back fastest.
Run it, then hand it over
We run both teams with you, train your people, and hand everything over documented, in your accounts.
One working session a week with your decision-maker. Everything else runs async in a shared channel.
Fit
Right for you if. Not yet if.
Right for you if
- You have a product and paying customers, and the founder still does most of the selling
- You are about to hire your first reps, or the first ones did not work out
- Leads wait hours for a callback, or nobody calls them at all
- You want the system built inside your own CRM and phone stack, and you want to own it
Not yet if
- You are pre-product and still looking for your first customer. Talk to us after that.
- You want an agency to send cold email for you with nobody on your side involved
- You need a guaranteed number before you start. We measure against your baseline.
Who you work with
Two operators who have run the sales floor.
David joined a bootstrapped SaaS company as its fifth employee at $10K MRR and helped take it past $20M ARR, adding about $1M in new ARR a month at peak. He built and led the inbound and channel teams, grew the channel motion from zero to about 40% of revenue, and designed the comp plans, forecasting and pipeline process behind them. He then led an AI rebuild of the sales org that cut headcount about 50% while holding output, and built the AI booking agent himself. A former SaaS commercial counsel, he builds TCPA and consent guardrails into every agent.
Kevin has worked every seat on a sales floor: sales rep, sales engineer, operations manager and sales director. He now leads sales strategy and operations for a SaaS sales org. He hires and trains the reps, writes the playbooks they run, and deploys the AI voice agents that work beside them, then coaches both teams against the same numbers. At High Level Sales he leads AI implementation and sales operations.

Questions
Before you book the call.
Will AI voice agents replace my sales team?
No. They take the calls nobody has time for: first touches, speed-to-lead, follow-ups, reminders and missed meetings. Your people take the conversations that need a person.
What do we need in place to start?
A CRM and a phone system (we can set up either), a few paying customers to learn from, and someone on your side who can make decisions the same day.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Agents, scripts, workflows and dashboards live in your accounts and stay when the engagement ends.
How is it priced?
The diagnostic is a fixed fee. The build is scoped on the first call once we know what you have in place. Fractional leadership is a monthly retainer.
